This week we will continue our journey down the Roman Road. I hope that the verses from last week as well as the verses this week remind you of the wonderful grace extended to us when we were so undeserving. And having experienced this grace, I urge you to share it with all you meet this week. In our Tuesday morning Bible study, we are studying the life of David and how he was chosen by God as king for the sake of the children of Israel. Just as God chose David, God has chosen us and anointed us in our present generation. There are those we come into contact with every day that need the love and mercy of Jesus Christ. We are chosen by God and placed here in this generation, in this place, at this time, to reach these lost ones. Let us take these verses to heart as we place them in our memory, and let's apply them in our daily activities to share Christ with someone. What would be better this week than to see someone accept Jesus as their Savior.
Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 10:9-10
That is you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
